ORDERING FROM US
Ordering from our online shop is easy. Simply browse our products, select the items you want to buy, and add them to your shopping cart. When you're done, click "Checkout" and provide us with the information we need to fulfil your order.
We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, and Google Pay. Regardless of where you're located in the world, you can shop with us and your bank will convert the transaction to your local currency.
There's no minimum order value, so you can order as much or as little as you like.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING OPTIONS
For standard deliveries, we use Royal Mail services.
In the UK, we offer free shipment on all orders over £50. For worldwide orders, we offer free shipment on all orders over £100.
For orders up to 100 grams, we charge £1.95 for standard shipment within the UK. For orders over 100 grams, we use Royal Mail Tracked Services. This service includes:
- Full tracking of your item from dispatch to delivery
- Email/SMS notification on delivery
- Two speeds of delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day) and Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days for most postcodes)
- Delivery six days per week (excluding Saturdays)
- Special delivery with Royal Mail and overnight delivery with DHL and DPD available in the UK
- Express delivery with DHL available worldwide
Next Day Services
All next day services are given priority and dispatched the same day (subject to our confirmation). The latest time for online orders for next day delivery is 1 pm. Next day services placed before 1 pm on a Friday will normally be delivered on the next working day (Monday).
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Click & Collect - FREE!
If you prefer, you can choose the "collect from store" option to pick up your order in person. Please wait for a confirmation email before collecting your order. Our collection times are Monday to Friday, 11 am to 4 pm.
Processing Time
We typically need one business day to prepare an order for dispatch. Special deliveries and express shipments are always dispatched on the same business day.
Shipping Confirmation: Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delivery: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.
Non-Delivery Cases: If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe or if you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We will promptly investigate the matter and liaise with the shipping carrier to address any delivery issues.
Limitation of Liability: Our responsibility for non-delivery cases is subject to the terms and conditions outlined by the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather conditions, customs delays, or transportation strikes.
Reporting Non-Delivery: To be eligible for assistance regarding non-delivery cases, customers must report the issue within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email or within the deadline specified by the shipping carrier, whichever comes first. Additionally, if your order is marked as delivered by the courier but not received, or if any delivery problems arise, you must notify us within 3 days. We will not be responsible for any complaints or claims submitted by customers after this timeframe.
Refunds and Compensation: If an order is confirmed by the shipping carrier as undelivered, we will offer the option of a refund or reshipment of the order, subject to the terms and conditions of our Refund Policy.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.

Materials Sold By The Weight!!!
We want to remind you that some of our products are sold by weight in grams. To ensure that you receive the amount of product you paid for, please check the weight indicated on the packaging. Please note that the number of products in the package may vary due to differences in coating thickness.
If you have any questions or concerns about the weight of the product you have purchased, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to provide you with information about the weight of the product and any variations in the number of items per package.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of purchase. You can return the goods for a refund, less deductions for postage and packaging (P&P). Please note that we do not accept returns of beads that have been taken off their temporary string.
If you receive damaged, broken, or incomplete orders, please inform us verbally within 3 days of receiving the item(s). We cannot accept responsibility after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights. The goods must be returned in their original condition, along with proof of purchase. When returning items, please contact us first by email at cs@peppybeads.com.
When returning items, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund earring findings.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: cut chains, cut threads, starter kits, and all earring supplies.
If the value of the items you are returning takes your total order below our free P&P limit, the refund amount will be the value of the goods returned, less the relevant P&P charge due on your order. Except for faulty goods or items incorrectly dispatched, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 15%. Beads that have been dyed cannot be refunded unless they have been dyed incorrectly. Special orders, earring supplies, and cut chains cannot normally be refunded.
Exchanges
We are happy to accept exchanges. Please return the unwanted items to us with details of your order number, full name and address, and details of the items you would like instead. Please include your telephone number, as we will need to contact you to take payment for P&P. The minimum P&P charge for exchanges is £3, and it may be higher for large or heavy items. We recommend that you return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Dyed Beads
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for surface-dyed beads. In the event of any claim, our liability shall not exceed the invoice price of the goods.
Prices
The prices quoted are current as of this date, but we reserve the right to make alterations as necessary without notice.
Quantities
The products are supplied in the package amount as stated. These packages cannot be broken or mixed colors supplied to make up a larger quantity for a lower price.
Faulty Materials
If the goods are proven to be faulty in manufacture, we will replace them. However, we do not accept liability for any consequential loss or damage in respect of goods sold. We do not guarantee the suitability of any product for any specific purpose.
